I just recently met Richard, I married his sister, Cynthia, on June 29, 2017. I heard a lot about Richard's life from her and her children. I was so impressed with Richard's memory recall, details that he could express and hi amazing skill at free hand drawings of buildings , houses and most recently, his skill st drawing facials from pictures! Richard had a unique ability to make friends. he will be missed by all who knew him. I'm happy that he is now free of pain and with his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ!

Very tough to hear this. I’ve been praying for Richard and I am grateful that God has healed him with a heavenly body that is perfect in every way. Trusting God in things we will never understand here on earth, Faith that our hope is in heaven not on things of this earth and Change, allowing pain to change us into being more like Christ is what keeps me going. Thank you Cynthia and Darrel for all that you have done for Richard. Linda and I are very grateful.

I am sorry to hear about Richard. He had a hard life and sounds like he suffered a lot these last months. It is hard to lose family and even harder during the holidays. It makes me realize how precious siblings are. I will remember him and family in my prayers.

Sorry to hear about Richard's passing. God knows his name. First met him in 1993 while we were all trying to make a difference for some people who had survived a terrible tragedy. Yep, he is one of the good ones. My sympathy to his family and friends.
